A fanatical cult led by the enigmatic Dolphin Dave, a post-nuclear prophet with a strange origin: adrift and near death at sea, Dave was carried back to shore by a pod of dolphins. That rescue became his spiritual awakening. He emerged believing dolphins are humanity’s true ancestors — older, wiser, and closer to the divine than any human. He began preaching this religious dolphin ideology across the wasteland, gathering disciples and claiming the lake and radiation zones as spiritually significant. The Church took over abandoned Raider ruins near Doomsday Lake and converted them into a spiritual compound. They roamed with an ancient boombox, offering strange blessings and riddle-locked missions. In Arctic Reign 2, the Church made its move — and was crushed by the Commerce Militia. Their compound was burned. Most of the congregation was scattered or killed. Dolphin Dave and his remaining disciples now wander the wasteland in small bands, still preaching, still spreading the dolphin gospel — but no longer a military power. Some of the faithful have quietly joined the Calverton Communist Party.
