Biography

The direct successor to Lieutenant Dave. After President-General Minkus stabbed and killed his own right-hand man Lt. Dave at the end of Arctic Reign 2, a power vacuum opened at the top of the Commerce Militia's command structure. Lieutenant Howitzer stepped up — a renowned strategist, operations coordinator, and financier who saw opportunity in the chaos. Where Lt. Dave was a battlefield tactician, Howitzer is a war economist — managing the Militia's resources, finances, and frontline operations with cold precision. He chose to serve Minkus knowing full well what happened to the last man who held this position. Whether that makes him loyal, ambitious, or suicidal remains to be seen. He now spearheads the Commerce Militia's strategic efforts on the frontline heading into Summer Reign 2.
